For the past 9 years I’ve been working quietly behind the scenes of million dollar online companies and I went from learning the ropes to running the team. I only work with entrepreneurs who are 100% committed to their business goals transforming from dream to reality and who are willing to put in the time and effort to do the work.
Currently there are 2 ways to work with me:
Option 1 : VIP Intensive
Our VIP Intensive day is a popular option and I’ve been honored to work with clients from China to Columbia as well as all over the US and Canada. VIP clients want rapid results in a private format that allows them to ask all their questions and create a strategy in just one day.
That might look like:
- developing a launch plan, step-by-step
- creating a new client process from start to finish
- implementing a new type of marketing, such as a Messenger Bot or texting
- evaluating current team dynamics and responsibilities
This is the most customizable option as we begin with a 2 hour planning session to review your goals, desired outcomes and expectations. VIP clients are welcome to bring their team to all or part of our day together and virtual sessions will be recorded for your use.
Throughout the 6-hour full day session, we work directly in your business looking at your sites, software, resources and email to ensure that you leave the intensive with great clarity, a complete plan and easy to follow action steps.

Option 2 : Virtual COO 
As you’re running your business, shit happens. You wish you had the budget to hire an amazing, full service team but, in this season, you’re still very much in the day to day operation. Enter: your virtual COO. As your chief operations officer, we meet on a regular basis to look at how the business is operating and where improvements can be made – sometimes with little to no additional cost to you. Having worked with teams the world over, I’ll be your sounding board and consult on issues of team, marketing, launches, pricing, affiliates, events and so much more as needed.
Each month we work together you’ll have clarity on what you need to do, what can be outsourced, and how to bring all the tasks together to create amazingly powerful offers, momentum and leverage for your business. With a close advisor working with you, you’ll uncover more time, confidence and feel empowered as the leader you are.
