Today I’m talking about orthodontics. I know it seems crazy, but I remember a time in junior high when my brother, mother, and I all had braces at the same time. My mom got hers taken off first, and she says that when she got them taken off, they gave her all the brackets, and she looked at them and thought, “This isn’t that much! I paid how much for all this work, and this is all I have to show for it?”
She realized that it wasn’t the hardware that she’d paid for; what she had paid for was the expertise and the experience that her orthodontist had.
Tomorrow I’ll have a follow up video on the second half of paying for experience.
