It’s my curse in life that I find routine incredibly boring.
Many entrepreneurs have this issue, I’m sure, especially the creative type.
One thing that really annoys me is reading the same old content, seeing the same webinars, and hearing the same thing year after year.
It’s an easy trap to fall into. In fact, I was thinking about the free call I’d planned for January and I immediately thought about goals, planning, staying on task, and wow, I was starting to bore myself!
(No offense to those who host such calls; I’m just old and cranky!)
While I do think it’s important to open up the virtual doors and offer more free content, I’m not willing to do the same old, same old stuff.
Instead, this month I’m going to teach you how to fire someone.
That’s right. I’m going to spend an hour teaching how to determine and actually say “you’re fired” to a contractor in your business AND how to protect yourself in the process.
Even if you’ve never hired anyone to help out your business, you should attend, because – trust me on this one — deciding how to fire someone is a stressful process and I’m going to make it (relatively) painless for you.
We’ll do some guidelines around “fix it or fire them.”
I’ll share the templates I’ve created and used.
And even discuss what to do right before and after that decisive conversation.
Additionally, you’ll have time to ask questions during the call, and I’ll make the recording available for 24 hours after the call so you can listen in.
